Renae founded Bang Online after arriving in Perth in 2006, seeing a real need for a online marketing agency who is focused on the return on investment for businesses. Renae applies her passion for everything online to lead the team in developing creative and innovative ways for the Bang clients to connect with their target customers.

Renae was a co-driver in a Porsche at the 1-day Classic Car Rally in 2010 and they came first in their class.

Lizzy comes from a marketing background, completing a Commerce degree with a major in marketing at Curtin University in 2008. Over 2009 and 2010 she worked for a Top 100 ASX company in Sydney where her role varied from market analysis to campaign coordination. Working in such a dynamic environment, Lizzy realized her main interest lay in online marketing. She started working for Bang! Online Marketing after returning to Perth in 2011.

Chloe started out in online marketing in 2010 and has since become a link building extraordinaire! She is now learning the ropes in SEO, branching out into other areas, and broadening her skill base by picking up a little bit of everything.

Emma began her career in Online Marketing nearly 5 years ago at Europe’s Number 1 Search Marketing company. Based in London, Emma quickly gained invaluable knowledge & experience managing large brands, such as Virgin Money & Experian, and monthly advertising budgets in excess of AUD$1 million. Emma joined the Bang! Online Marketing team in 2009 and began to grow her skills in PPC, SEO & Social Media. She currently manages the Search Marketing at Bang!

In April Emma successfully climbed Mt Kinabalu (Borneo), reaching the summit at 4,095m above sea level. Her sights are now set on Mt Kilimanjaro.
Brad Farleigh

Brad developed a taste for the web and after studying Multimedia in 2005 and went on to study the Dipl. of IT (Web Development); fine tuning his skills not only in class, but whilst undertaking work experience at a Perth based international web firm. Brad joined the Bang! team in 2008 and is excited about the advances in social media and how it’s allowing companies to target their markets in new and innovative ways.

Zara has a huge passion for everything online, and applies her marketing knowledge with her technical skills to manage a number of SEO and Google Adwords clients for Bang! Online. Zara is known for her attention to detail, and her flair for design and layout.

Zara used to work as a Marketing Officer at world leading aluminium ship builder Austal, and as such experienced being a passenger on the revolutionary designed 102m Trimaran ferry during its testing.

Ruth has over 8 years experience of working in agencies in London. Having started her career in the wine trade, Ruth has since worked with a range of SMEs to larger corporations. Her previous role was as an Account Manager at Spreckley Partners in London working with the European Union and clients such as sanofi-aventis. Ruth joined Bang! Online in 2011 as an Account Manager.

Sarah has been working in the Finance industry for 24 years. With extensive experience in retail banking, wholesale banking, overseas trade, foreign exchange trading and money markets, she has owned and operated her own bookkeeping and financial administration business since 2003 and has worked with Bang! ever since it’s inception. With a passion for assisting small to medium business understand their finances, she takes great pride in her attention to detail and going the extra mile to ensure her clients accounts are up to date and accurate to facilitate effective management of the business from a finance perspective.
